Building Our Own CRM

Backed by Humans helps SMEs to build, deploy and succeed with bespoke, AI-powered software that fits their business needs. We recognised that we would need a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to help manage the relationships and projects with our clients, and so decided to embrace our own purpose and build a CRM that fitted our needs and requirements from Day 1.
